From 15 sqm we deliver according to theshipping information<\/a>without shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. For order quantities from 5 sqm up to 15 sqm, we charge a surcharge for small quantities of EUR 238.00 (VAT 19% DE). In general, a minimum order quantity of 5 sqm applies. The exact order quantity depends on the format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please calculate the offcut. Depending on the type of installation, this can be 10 – 15 % or higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skirting Boards<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A minimum order quantity of 10 running meters per material and format is applied to skirting boards. Skirting boards can only be ordered in combination with tiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders are always placed in running meters (rm). The single piece of skirting boards is between 0.20 m and 0.90 m long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formats up to 60 x 60 cm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We need 2 weeks for production and 1 week for shipping. After 3 weeks (sometimes 4 weeks) the order is delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Format 80×80 cm \/ 100×100 cm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We need 3 weeks for production and 1 week for shipping. After 4 weeks (sometimes 5 weeks) the order is delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Packaging<\/strong>We deliver tiles and floor tiles on Euro pallets 120×80 cm or special one-way pallets with or without wooden crate. About 34 sqm of material fit on one pallet. Each pallet weighs a maximum of 1,000 kg.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Tiles in the format 30.5×30.5 cm \/ 61×30.5 cm \/ 40×40 cm are usually delivered in boxes on a pallet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong>When unpacking the tiles in format 60×60 cm \/ 80×80 cm \/ 100×100 cm, make sure that the tiles are removed evenly from the pallet. There must be no excess weight on one side. We accept no liability for damage caused by incorrect unpacking.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Installation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All tiles should be laid by a professionally qualified person. We accept no liability for improper installation.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The first impression<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Water is required (and recycled) for production. The tiles are packed immediately after production. Therefore, the tiles should be allowed to dry thoroughly after delivery. Tiles that have not dried appear darker. The right colour tone comes with drying. It is like after a rain: the floor dries and becomes lighter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hinweis: <\/strong>Beim Entpacken der Fliesen im Format 60×60 cm \/ 80×80 cm \/ 100×100 cm ist darauf zu achten, dass die Fliesen gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig der Palette entnommen werden. Es darf kein \u00dcbergewicht an einer Seite entstehen. F\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den durch fehlerhaftes Entpacken \u00fcbernehmen wir keine Haftung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verlegung<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Alle Fliesen sollten von einer fachlich qualifizierten Person verlegt werden. F\u00fcr eine unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfe Verlegung \u00fcbernehmen wir keine Haftung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die Produktion wird Wasser ben\u00f6tigt (und wiederaufbereitet). Die Fliesen werden nach der Produktion umgehend verpackt. Daher sollten die Fliesen nach der Lieferung durchtrocknen. Nicht getrocknete Fliesen wirken dunkler. Der richtige Farbton kommt mit der Trocknung. Es ist wie nach einem Regenguss: Die Feuchtigkeit trocknet ab und der Boden wird heller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
